ČETVRTO SAOPŠTENJE ZA JAVNOST 3F-COOP

Četvrti transnacionalni projektni sastanak Erasmus+ projekta 3F-COOP – Footwear Fast Forward Cooperation održan je 16. oktobra 2025. godine u Žiriju, Slovenija, okupljajući partnere iz Portugala, Njemačke, Bosne i Hercegovine i Slovenije radi pregleda napretka u razvoju agilnog programa obuke koji podržava digitalnu i zelenu tranziciju obućarske industrije u Bosni i Hercegovini. Konzorcij je finalizirao kurikulum Digitalno-zelenog industrijskog tehničara za obuću sa 12 nastavnih jedinica i izradio te validirao 40 lekcija, zajedno s digitalnim alatom za procjenu potreba za obukom. Predstojeći koraci uključuju izradu Priručnika za trenere i Modela saradnje između industrije i obrazovnog sektora, kao i pripreme za Program obuke nastavnika, koji će se održati u novembru 2025. godine u Njemačkoj.

Prva u nizu od tri planirane radionice u okviru projekta 3F COOP – Footwear Fast Forward Cooperation, uspješno je održana u Institutu PFI u Pirmasensu, Njemačka. Centralna tema prve radionice bila je primjena digitalnih alata u dizajnu i proizvodnji obuće. Učesnici su imali priliku da istraže širok spektar tehnologija – od CAD modelovanja i 3D skeniranja, do renderovanja i virtuelnog prototipiranja.

Erasmus+ projekat 3F-COOP – FOOTWEAR FAST FORWARD COOPERATION nastavlja poticati inovacije u sektoru obuće kroz promovisanje digitalne transformacije i održivih praksi u Bosni i Hercegovini. Tokom trećeg međunarodnog sastanka projekta, održanog 12. i 13. februara u Pirmasensu u Njemačkoj, partnerske organizacije iz Njemačke, Portugala, Slovenije i Bosne i Hercegovine zajednički su radile na ključnim aktivnostima, uključujući razvoj specijaliziranih sadržaja obuke, implementaciju e-learning platforme te planiranje međunarodnih treninga. Ove inicijative imaju za cilj osposobiti stručnjake u sektoru obuće neophodnim vještinama za uspješno snalaženje u savremenom okruženju zelene i digitalne tranzicije.

🇪🇺 Organized by the Union of Textile Engineers and Technicians of Serbia, the 7th International Scientific Conference “Contemporary Trends and Innovations in the Textile Industry” - CT&ITI 2024 was held in Belgrade from September 19-20, 2024. As part of the Conference, the achievements of the Erasmus+ project 3F-COOP were presented, along with scientific papers funded by the project.
👩🏻🔬 Sara Lakić, senior assistant from the Department of Textile Engineering, University of Banja Luka, presented a paper titled “Comparison of Physical and Mechanical Properties of Chrome and Vegetable Tanned Leather.”

The PFI is a non-profit private testing, research and training centre for the leather and footwear industry, its suppliers, and for trade. Thanks to its intimate historical association with the footwear industry the institute enjoys a profound wealth of knowledge of the manufacturing methods, components, and materials used in that sector. Nowadays, however, the activities extend far beyond the footwear industry to cover a wide range of materials, semi-finished products, and finished products in the areas:
• Footwear, leather goods, and textiles
• Orthopaedic products and medical devices
• Personal protective equipment
• Plastics and adhesives
• Toys and sports goods
• Automotive interiors
PFIs staff consists of approximately 100 highly qualified researchers, engineers and technicians, trainers and consultants in the fields of footwear technology, physical and chemical testing, and certification.
Sedište Instituta za ispitivanje i istraživanje Pirmasens (PFI) je u gradu koji je centar kompetencija za obuću u jugozapadnoj Nemačkoj. PFI je neprofitni privatni centar za testiranje, istraživanje i obuku namjenjenu industriji kože i obuće, njenih dobavljača i trgovine. PFI je dio velike mreže zainteresovanih strana u nemačkoj industriji obuće i čest je učesnik u odborima za standardizaciju.

Additionally, companies needed a technological center, where they could test input materials and final products, before market introduction.

- Education - Main problem in Slovenia and wider is lack of quality education programs in textile, leather and footwear industry
- R&D projects - Managing integrated research and development projects, co-financed by national government or European Union development funds and programs.
